Do I need to know which plan I want?
Not at all. Tell Christine what you need help with, and she’ll help you understand which questions and options to explore. You don’t have to arrive with an answer.
Will I speak directly with Christine?
Yes. Washington Benefits Group, LLC is owned and run by Christine Washington, MSA. She is your point of contact from the first conversation.
Can we meet without me traveling?
Yes. Phone and remote appointments are available in Pennsylvania and Michigan. In-person meetings can also be arranged in Pennsylvania at a mutually agreed location.
What should I share in my first message?
Just your name, phone number, state, and a general topic. Please don’t send medical details, Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, or payment information through the website or ordinary email.
Can you help if I live in another state?
